Trending @Infosys; Why getting a project is so difficult in infosys

Hello everyone I'm on the bench for the last 2 years, I have worked on many accelerate tasks also having a good DQ and skill set.

I have applied in 100+ projects and also ping many managers 99% percent of the time they didn't respond.

Can anyone help me how I can get a project.

Currently there is scarcity of projects and even if it's available they need experienced resources because of client demands.
