
Trending @Infosys; Why do we need to give an interview to a client after getting evaluated by the internal team at Infosys? All the employees getting hired have cleared the interview process at the time of recruitment then why the need to get interviewed?

Bcz infosys managers aren't confident of your skills

If a project is end to end run by infosys then client interviews are not needed . Mostly fixed price projects are like that as infosys is taking the end responsibility of the delivery so if the put bad resources they will miss deadlines and quality and lose money. But this was also a way to train new resources on live projects with older resources taking the extra effort and pressure. But now in most accounts we work in time and money mode, I.e we are just temporary contractors helping in a project which is run by the client. Since the r responsibilities of the project delivery is on the client they will want only the best resources in the team !!

Internal Evaluation will be based on the project requirements and related Technical fields needed by the project, so that the internal Team will make sure you're good to go for a client interview. Overall you can consider the Internal Round as a mock round. In this Mock round if you're good to go they will provide you with anything you have to go through still. And let you know in which areas you need to focus more on.
