Trending @Infosys; Why do we have paid comp-off on 15-Aug-2024 in Maharashtra and Kerala . And for the other DC’s it’s Non-paid comp-off.
I’m currently working in Bangalore DC .So when I tried raising comp-off over infyme app on my mobile.I did not see any paid comp-off option. whereas my other colleagues from Pune DC can see paid comp-off options. When I checked with Infy global helpdesk attendance team and even with HR team . They said it’s mandatory public holiday in Kerala and Maharashtra as per their state policy. so if anyone is working on these days they will get payed comp off and for the other DC people it’s non paid comp-off . Found this bit strange 😒😒😒 . It should be same for all.
Leave system is the worst I have seen till date in Infy. These guys only have earned leaves, we cannot take leaves casually and at the end of the year 50% will lapse. If you use or don’t use you’re a fool in either case. And also these guys don’t pay overtime or pay salaries for working on weekends. In other companies salary of the weekend day is given by multiplying your 1 day salary x 2.

This is with reference to your request regarding the Paid Comp off. No, only Maharashtra and Kerala state is paid with paid comp off as per below link. Other States / DCs are only provided with additional leave / comp off. Please note: Bangalore DC is not eligible for paid comp off. Since Pune is part of Maharashtra, its eligible for paid comp off. Yeah it's true, no paid comp off other than the dc u mentioned, reason unknown.. I thought of raising this issue but it was a one time scenario, ignored it
Typical salve mentality of Narayan and sudha ,but both portrait themselves as philanthropist 😂😆. Pity to working class . We need a revolution like the French and the Russians and the American revolution .
