Yes minimum cool of period is 1 year. On top of that there are different eligibility criteria for progression, you must have received mail from your unit.

In learning path I can see 3 sets From each set , do we need to complete all certifications or couple from each set.

Given year means?,my dse L0 role is from july1st 2025. I'm currently in the same project from last 2years.when I eligible for DSE L1 if remaining criteria also met.

For L0 to L1 you need to be on project for atleast 10 months in a given year, and you need to be in project with billing rate above 30$ per hour, and you need to complete one learning path. This was criteria.
