Trending @Infosys; Which technology would be good now for switch

Hello team, I have approximately 3 years of experience. For the first 1.5 years, I worked on Java Spring Boot. Then, I spent the last six months doing some pipeline fixes. Now, I have a new project on React JS, and they are asking me to learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node. I would like to know what I should do to better prepare myself for the transition to the next company.
