Why is your manage threat to fire you? Are you good in your work? Even if you jump to another company which is giving you some hike, how long will you survive , if you are not good at your work?

If you're underpaid and have an offer, consider the new one if it's better. Managers shouldn't threaten; that's not okay 😕
