Trending @Infosys; Where do people typically go after leaving from this place?

Just trying to hedge my bets. Has the impression of of having Infosys on resume improved at all?

Good people in services moved to IBM, Accenture, Deloitte with a very good pay hike during great resignation. Having infosys in your resume helps here.

Junior developers that worked with Java moved to companies like Jumbotail, Ninjacart, Zoho, LSEG or smaller companies that are still into services. Having infosys doesn’t help but doesn’t do harm. Only your projects matter here.

Mid-senior developers with a good skill set who didn’t coast moved to Goldman Sachs, Navi, Walmart, Cashfree, Publicis Sapient, Natwest, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley. Took some months of preparation though. I know folks who just started doing the absolute bare minimum and did strict 9-4, judiciously used their leaves to sandwich leaves and create long weekends. Having infosys helps with companies in banking, not so much otherwise. It depends on what work you did here.

Senior developers moved to Intuit, Amex, Atlassian, Grab, Mastercard, Navi, Shell, Amazon, Adobe, etc. Having Infosys helps here because if you stay long enough, get quality clients or work on an Infosys product, you get a lot of domain knowledge which some companies value. You’d be involved in designing and debugging some crucial deployments, managing an ever changing team of folks that operate at 50% on the best day and this working knowledge helps.

If you’re in management, Infosys holds a hella importance. This is what I’ve heard from ex-infosys DMs who stayed for 15-18 years before switching and are now doing extremely well.
