Trending @Infosys; When will we get the Salary increment/hike in 2024 (in which month payroll)

Its been communicated internally between jl6 and above that no hike this year. Same infy has mentioned in the last week news that this year compensation had already done in november 2023. And they are looking forward to 2025.

I don't think JL3 will get any thing.
Try to talk to your manager about JL4 promotion.
