I referred 1 person and he got selected and joined Jan 23rd 2025 he is going to complete 1 month. When they will provide referral bonus? How can we track? Will they send any mail? Please clarity...
It depends on the individual’s background check. Once the background check is completed, you will receive the referral bonus, which will be credited to your monthly salary. There is no tracking system for the referral bonus, and they do not send any email notifications.
We do not know how many months it will take to complete the background check.
I referred a friend who got selected and joined on October 3rd, 2024. The referral amount was credited on February 2025 via monthly salary ( it will also mention in the payslip)
