Hello everyone

Need Advise and help like I have raised e-seperation process actually I am discussing my early release with my manager but HR has not validated and from last 2 days not even replying even approximately how much time did they take to complete .

HR validation can take time, sometimes a few days. Keep following up politely. Early release needs manager's approval too. Patience and communication are crucial in this process.
