Trending @Infosys; When the manager approved the e-separation

Hello everyone

I am seeking advice and help for the same , i need to approve the e-separation from the Manager but she is intentionally not approving , as she is taking some personal Grudges and wants to bully,

To be honest I am facing medical issues due to an accident and intentionally she is doing like this .

Should we reach out to VP aur AVP level as his manager also not responding properly will they reply .

If your manager is unresponsive, escalate to HR or higher management with evidence. Keep communication professional. Consider internal job postings or reskilling. Stay calm and focused.

Don't worry , everything will be auto approved and nobody can stop you from leaving.

Actually I am discussing early release with HR and DM that's why I am requesting her . And how much time will auto approved

That is how it is. Notice period is 90 days. Only way manager will give you an early release is if you are on bench and not a critical resource and have good terms with the manager. Manager is not at all obliged to respond to you, if he/she does not want

Either go to her manager and tell everything and check for specific reason if there is any or just wait as it will get auto approved at the end, they cannot ask you for more than 90 days in any condition

For early release they will not reply at all.
