Trending @Infosys; When i will get promotion ?
Hi All,
I have joined Infosys on starting 2021 year with JL5 and completed 3.8 years. So what is process for promotion or need to do any certification or what could be steps that i need to follow for getting promoted in further years ?
please suggest and thanks in advance.
To be frank, it's not easy to get JL6 slot nowadays.
Should be performing PM activities like Alcon/confirmation/PBS..etc apart from your regular work.
Take up ownership for any account level initiatives.
Or else try thru IJP channel.
Continuing on this question what time frame is for moving to 5a from 5b when I got promotion last oct that too with ijp just an ask and will it called be progression or promotion
From 5A to 6B, it's not easy, there must be available slots with your manager and you must have decent rating and Skilltags.
Just apply for IJP.
