Trending @Infosys; When can we expect hike for JL5 in Infy? I haven’t received any since 2021.

I have joined as sub con in sep 2020 then I have promoted to permanent role for JL5 position I was getting paid more when I was sub con as the deductions were less. I am getting paid less than what I use to get in 2020

V strange that compensation decreased. If it's going in pf then ok, but if it's getting reduced due to var pay then it's a daylight robbery. U should switch. Btw There's a v good chance that u will get hike in jan.
