I joined infosys last year on Oct 27th, I got nice comments from the manager. Will I get a hike in Nov ? / How hike cycle works in infosys. I am JL4 (CTC - 11.3 LPA) now, what will be the average hike I may receive
Are you JL 4 B associate consultant right ? After completing 1 year , based on manager recommendation progression mailer is released .ie within same job band you will get to 4A from 4B with no hike . After waiting for 1 more ie. 2.2years you will be eligible for hike depending on management decision . Hike range form 5,7,10% numbers I have heard mostly .
If you technology Analyst , it has no band only by default 4A , you will have to check with some one else , same criteria will be applied , as heard 2022 joiners got hike in Feb 2025😊

I joined in Jan’24 and they didn’t give hike because i was not eligible just by 7 days. :)
