Every quarter mentors nomimate and your progression will be effective from subsequent quarter.People will become SPL2 for 2.5 years to 4 years.2.5 years if you do open-source hackathons articles etc. 4 years if you do nothing except project.The hike % are MD 35% CD 50% OS 65% with max cap.of 16LPA as now before inofsys offer 21LPA.Now things may have change at max cap.One big thing If you put papers your chances of getting L2 will increase drastically.If you are 3+ YOE then get job outside for 16LPA is ways easier then getting promoted internally.

I had informed before it was max 16LPA for L2 ….now it’s min 16 for L2 I think as mentioned in town hall
