I’m a JL3 emp with 3.7+ years on my same project and with an outstanding rating, last year. After receiving a TCS offer with a 53% hike, I submitted my e-separation. My manager told that he will try his best to retain me.
What’s the max retention offer Infosys usually provides for critical resource.
If u have functional dependency assuming your ctc will be 5lpa you can ask 50-60%. I got 100% hike 2 years back. And 40% this year but client should put pressure on infy.
You must be some rocket scientist 😊 to get this done infy 100 and then 40 when most are crying for that single digit Letter from infy for 3 years!!! Hats off though. Do tell us your story to inspire through. What’s your skill set and what made them triple you salary 2 years.
