Trending @Infosys; What worst can happen in infy pip termination or removal of project
I joined 6 months before Now I am not able to complete one deliverable So they will give bad rating Needs improvement is same as pip? Or direct pip they will have Can they direct remove me from company My probation is completed The task is so hard 10 years exp can't do so now given to me What all worst can happen pls tell that as I have home loan

It depends on which module or technology you are. Manager can give you NI rating in next cycle. After that he will initiate PIP for you which will give you 3 months time to improve. Even after 3 months if you don't improve then he can fail you in PIP. Based on that HR will take action for termination

If you are in critical module or technology then manager will clear your PIP

PIP not clearance directly means you will be thrown out of infy .
If you don’t want to start PIP - you can directly resign with 5 month pay
If you accepted PIP - you have 2-3 months to pass it . Fail means out
This is as simple as it is .

How sure are you about this 5 months pay? Has anyone got this successfully? How much % of my salary can I expect? I’m sure it won’t be full and will this have any impact on my future or will this follow me in my career? What will be the last day of working on paper?

After NI rating you will be kept on bench after that HR will approach you and initiate your PIP if they assign very difficult tasks then ask for other options you have enough time may be 6-8 months to yourself prepare well switch rather then being or waiting for PIP

It depends on whether the manager / client also acknowledge that it’s a difficult task and you are nit one to be blamed for it’s non completion. You should make sure you highlight the challenges / roadblocks and ensure your being supported to overcome it. If no one helping you bring it upto PM/DM asap

First if Manager wants he can give NI rating in appraisal cycle which will lead PIP in next cycle. I am not sure whether the manager can put directly someone in PIP directly
