I have almost cleared the CON Bridge for Senior Consultant role and m in the last training phase which will clear in a month. How much i can expect the salary increase if i become Senior Consultant from Bridge.

2nd option is i have two offers of 18lpa and 20lpa but those are not in my hometown.

What should i choose?

May I know whats tha criteria to get selected for bridge program?

And how many YOE you have?

Just apply for bridge program, you would have been receiving mails every quarter

It is a very personal choice. Nothing can justify if you have to choose to move from your hometown if you have constraints to stay there.

If the money is justified then one can try relocation from hometown even as currently being very underpaid. So wanted to know roughly what infy offers to SCON when go from Bridge program.
