Trending @Infosys; What should be the avg. Salary of SQL DBA with 3 yrs of experience?
I'm currently working at JL3 level and want to switch but should I wait till I get promoted to TA ? Will it make any difference? If I switched as a SQL DBA with 3 years of experience, what avg salary package I can expect?

Switch now. Expect around 8-10 LPA. Waiting for TA promotion won't make a big difference. Immediate switch offers better financial growth.
