Why do you need a view 😀 I find this question very funny!!! With that same experience people can be working infosys itself from 12L to 26L. The outside IT world has even bigger range. Are you happy with it. If not move on!!!

@Rocketscience almost 90% are from tier 3 colleges and companies. Yeah obviously you'll need become a "Hard core dev" to grab some decent opportunities.
