Trending @Infosys; What is TPU..why is it showing in infyme

Total Productive Utilization - It is always there but wasn't shown - earlier it was shown in ALCON portal only. This is critical factor based on which if employees don't have 85% TPU then they won't consider for CD/OS rating similarly they won't be able to apply Any Bridge Programs or IJPs and also won't get skill tag incentives if applicable for that employee. This much I'm aware based on observation and known cases in my team
