Trending @Infosys; What is TPU and how does it calculate?

While I was trying to apply for IJP it's showing your TPU utilisation is less than 50% and you are not eligible for IJP. How do you overcome this. Does this calculation will happen from joining date or during appraisal cycle? Can someone please provide some insights about this. Than you
