Trending @Infosys; What is the worst thing about your manager?

The worst thing abt my manager is that he is so good that because of him I am not able to resign. I worry if I will ever find a manager like him in my next job 😭

My manager gave Needs Improvement rating after knowing that am 7 months pregnant and going on Maternity Leave soon.This took a toll on my mental health and I had anger issues, High gtt, low bp during the peak of my pregnancy. Had to opt for c section in place of normal delivery. Can anything else be worser than this? My manager is a Tamilian who favours only Tamil people
