Trending @Infosys; What is the salary range for B2 role (Consultant) in Capgemini?

I have an offer for 4.6 years of experience from Capgemini. But it's not meeting my expectations. However, in my current role as TA in Infosys, things are not working out.

My growth has become stagnant. And for TL, I need to wait for another 2 years atleast. Shall I accept the offer. I am confused.
