Trending @Infosys; What is the process of taking medical leave
Last week I met with an accident and got spinal injury and minor head injury internally. That time it won't bother that much so I took tablets and went to the office and worked but after three days the pain will getting worst and not able to sit morethan 15 minutes continuously and went to the specialist and he is telling need to take bed rest untill spinal problem needs to recover completely otherwise I will get more problem in this young age... Please suggest me how to proceed for the medical leave atleast 3 months. How can I ask manager on this, will he approve my leave. I am ready to submit medical certificates once testing is done. Please help me on this. Thanks in advance
You just need to apply . Just let your manager know in advance and drop an email with details. Please don’t take head injury lightly at all .
Ok, now I am in treatment and going to the hospital primarily...if required doctor said need to admit also.. what medical certificates I need to send in mail for manager
Nothing. Just let him know your situation on the email or call . If he asks you can give later. Trust me worrying about this is not your priority. Relax and take rest. Just inform your manager .
Hi ...just talk to your manager and hr they will get your reports check by infy doctor and if that approves they will give you leave...and leaves are not going to be paid ... it will be lop .
