Stop working. Just say I want a early release or no issues I can take salary for free as well. Or join the other org and keep serving notice here since you don’t have to work here.

Don't do this. They will harrass you whole giving relieving letter and stuff

Speak to your manager and HR. They can actually reduce your NP without a buyout. If they don’t agree, tell them you’re okay with a buyout too and they’ll help you.

Yes that is what doing , but any other option if manager denied buyout as well? that is what I am looking for.

Unfortunately, no other option. I don’t see them rejecting this unless you’re a critical resource. You might have to keep pestering them.

I joined a project 1 month ago and resigned few days ago due to family emergency and personal issues. I'm not able to continue working due to personal reasons. But manager js not reducing my notice period and forcing me to work even after explaining my situation. They are not ready to notice period buyout as well. There is no much dependency on me since i joined the team just 1 month ago. Please someone advice if there is a way to get out from here
