Trending @Infosys; What is the procedure to claim health insurance in Infy.

I’ve opted for general health insurance without any add-ons. I’ve to undergo a surgery, if I submit the insurance details at hospital, the hospital will contact Insurance company and funds settlement will be done right ? Or do I need any approval for the budget from the Infy side? Can someone please help me with this query
