12-15% if I'm not wrong but as I heard most of it goes into variable.

Received a promotion letter last week with 12% hike out of which 8% is variable 4% is fixed.

I've heard it's totally dependent on your current salary , if it's high then the promotion % goes down to 10% , I am selected for promotion but I am hella curious how much my salary will be given I am currently at 9LPA

I can see my status for IJP as "waiting for the audit". does this mean that i am selected?

11% salary increase, I have also heard that variable pay increases from 10% to 15% , so 11% increase in salary is almost negligible compared to previous salary we had in JL4..
