Trending @Infosys; What is the ideal time to switch
I've completed around 2 years in the org, joined as a fresher.
I've multiple questions:
- What's right time to leave? So that it won't look good on resume
- What is something i can still do up skill before leaving?
- What are good exit options I've? I badly want to join a startup, but i know i won't be able to shift that easily, given the infosys tag.
- If i don't get a good job, should i consider doing MS in USA/Canada?

Let me make it simple for you. Don't leave any company hastily just because your friends are leaving. Grass is always green on the other side but reality would be more or less the same in all service-based companies. So unless you get a decent hike don't switch. Learn new technologies but make sure that you have mastered at least one skill. Jack of all but master of none mostly works on a day-to-day basis but you won't be able to crack any interview. Do not even think of MS in USA/Canada. Don't waste your parent's money. I know a couple of folks who went to Europe, the US, and Canada for Masters and now they are asking for help daily on Linkedin. So unless you get a scholarship to study in Ivy League universities don't go.
