forget about %. u will be brought near 15lpa to 18lpa basis your current package. if yoyr current lpa is too low then might be 15 else max 17-18.

Mine is currently 15.85LPA. will it not be a fixed percentage ? Am i into max 17-18 LPA in this case ?

will not cross 18 for sure. some of my friends too in the same bracket got a similar figure. Didn't see any exceptional cases so far.

17-18 is standard rest is upto how much you fight . Most people don’t being happy just with promotion
