Trending @Infosys; What is the CTC paid for an associate consultant (JL 4) in Infosys?

Bhai depends. Last year placement were for 7.5 LPA, this year it was 8.5 LPA, one guy joined my team with 1 year experience as associate consultant at 11.5 LPA. System is broken.. I am in the company for 2 years at 7.5 LPA with 0 increments and appraisals. Only progression to Senior Associate Consultant.
