11moTrending @Infosys; What is the criteria for Technology Analyst ?
I had completed 3.5 years in infosys ,still not promoted to technology analyst.(now i am SSE ). Is there any criteria to be filled or do i need to check with manager ?

Switch company by now your manager don't have any intention to promote you. April role out is done so you have to wait 3 months also hike don't expect much 4.9 to 5.4 max

Try IJP or bridge programs for faster role changes
