I joined Infosys as an Associate Consultant in August last year(2024). Can anyone please let me know the minimum criteria required for progression from JL4-B to JL4-A?

I got progression in 12 months. You can wait till this quarter and check with your manager in September

I had joined in June 2024 .Haven't received any change or communication .Some said it will be 18 months ,is it true ?

After 18 months as JL 4B. But there is no point in it as there is no salary hike after it.
