First you have to nominate through the bridge program (Which is currently active), after that there is one coding assignment where 3 programming questions are mainly DSA. If you pass the assessment then you have to give an interview, questions are from DSA, OS, cloud etc.

If you pass the interview also then as per my knowledge the CTC will be 9.5 (whose CTC is around 4-5 LPA. If someone's CTC is above 9.5 then most probably 15-20% hike on current CTC.
