Trending @Infosys; What is Platinum Club and how one can become a member of it ?

High DQ (Top 1% or 2%) + OS rating + Good Repo with Manager and above till DM I mean your work should be visible and if you are lucky then without high DQ but with must have OS rating you can get into Platinum Club, but understand not everyone meet all criteria get into PC and anyways PC benifits are useless

First of all The outstanding Rating is a big thing, i got commendable two times despite working hard. DQ was in Top 10% and got Client Appreciation so yes DM knows me... Still i think not in Platinum Club i guess.
