I don’t think there is any official work like this. Most likely a gyaan given by your manager saying there were not slot s on first July cycle but he is expecting some slot in the second cycle in July. Which is very unlikely

You mean this so called “2 July slots” will be released. This is all confidential info only hr and DMs would know. Hr will tell DM when it’s opened and then DM will reach out to managers
