They are strategy unit , primarily designed to bring down the costs , increase utilisation , increase revenue per employee and improve profit margins. I belive they are building systems which will track various project parameters and they need folks who will drive achieving these goals accross infosys. Hence hiring internally both on tech side and non tech side
