Same offer I got. Accenture is doing a target hiring of 50k employees. So Im not sure why afraid of market scenario. But yes, Accenture is worst to join. But you can put resignation, keep searching till last week for another offer.. if not found, then take the 30% hike in infy.
Bro how to apply in accenture. Like everytime i try they are saying your application is already there. But that one is showing inactive in workday profile. Also i checked yesterday only there is no openings for india in their career page
What is your skillset, if you are SE/SSE/TA, just leave infy and move on!! Thought its my personal opinion
Switch and do offer shopping for better and after 4-5 if you feel infy was better , you can switch back and come back to Infosys.
Buddy go ahead and join Accenture. Infy is not better than accenture. Here as well you will keep struggling with hikes as well you don’t know in which sort of project you will land. If the role is exactly same go for Accenture it is giving you more. Leave it for Infy in future and get more hike. You have already cracked it once you can do it again.
Don’t worry to much about market scenario , i assmunung yiur are not senior experienced employee. If you are less than 5 years exp you don’t need to worry about this macros. Just take the plunge
