From IJP , can we get a different domain? Is there any specific criteria to apply for IJP? What i can expect from this process and how can we participate in it? I want to change my domain . Will i get the hike after changing ? I want complete knowledge about this process. Anyone can help

Yes you can change your domain through IJP. Criteria will be displayed while applying for the IJP and you will know your eligibility. Hike is only applicable if your job level increases. Ex: JL3 to JL4
