DU comes below PU. Usually PU will be headed by avp/vpn level folks. And DU by DM/DH level folks. Example of you want to move from FSADM to MFGADM or DNA it will be a DU transfer. But if you want to move within ETL group to BI group within DNA to another it will be a DU transfer. This would slightly vary on how verticals / horizontals are structured but broadly is accurate. PU transfer more difficult than DU transfer
