Trending @Infosys; What is DQ and SkillTag?

Hi guys, Can someone please explain what is DQ and skilltag in detail and how do I increase my DQ and what are the benefits of it. I have been hearing that people with skilltag get some incentives what is this about? I am a JL4 who recently joined the org and im clueless on these topics. Would be really thankful for anyone who clarifies and guides in what needs to be done in reg to this.
