First check if u are eligible for TA or not. for that go to Infy me -> IJP -> Try to apply for one of the TA position and u will be able to know if u are eligible or not. if u are eligible then check with ur manager for promotion.

In my case after completing 3 years my manager gave me IJP Job ID then I applied to that and got promoted in the next quarter. I got a hike from 4.96 to 5.70
