What is "Bench On-Notice"? How is it different from the normal "Bench" allocation? This allocation means that the employee is released from the previous project and moved to the bench and they are in their notice period. Right? Not expected to be utilisable to the previous project anymore. Correct?

Bench On-Notice means you're on the bench and have resigned, so you're in your notice period. You're not going back to your old project, that's right
