Trending @Infosys; What happens to your current work in a project after u resign??

I have 3+yoe in infy and also total work . Currently iam newly put into a project with a client. But actually iam planning put my papers down in a couple of weeks , as iam trying for switch, this 90 day notice period is not allowing companies to even schedule a interview. I want to take risk and resign and try to prepare and crack a offer within 90 days .

My doubt is in this 90 days ,is my current work in the project will be same ? Will everyone in the project knows that iam on NP? Can I try to refuse new work as iam on NP ?

As this work is hectic it's causing me trouble to prep and schedule interviews for switch

You current work will be the same, no one knows until you disclose to colleagues. Only PM and TL aware of it. You cannot deny the work since you putdown the paper, it may lead further escalations .. company will pay for those 90 days right?. You are expecting to pay with out work?
