your manager will connect with you and ask for the reason. depending on it. he will inform hr the same. depending on ur intentions, HR will initiate the resignation.

I was wondering the same thing. I was given an sap abap development and i am unable to complete it. I have no clue as to how to complete it and there’s a lot of pressure from my team lead to complete it asap…but I just don’t know how to!! No one’s ready to help either so I am thinking to just stop working altogether but not sure what will happen next!! I have asked for a release from my project as well…
