Trending @Infosys; What happen when people on PIP resigns

They have already troubled me a lot financially through this PIP and bad rating that too with out my fault now all this saying something and denying later. I just don't understand why!!

She can't deny that . Whoever gets in pip if they resign before only.They get 5 months pay.Hr is trying to play tricks with you.Talk to her once again

What all I can do about it?? Need help! I told her like okay I'll wait till Monday for your conclusion what if she denies everything she told me on call few days back??

Last week when I connected with HR she mentioned about getting 3 months salary but when yesterday I confirmed with her she said need to check with the team. If there is policy for anything it should be same as in she should be consistent about giving information.
Also during the PIP Initiation call she didn't give me this option like if you don't want to carry on with PIP you can resign and can get salary for so n so months etc. even after asking she changed the topic and mentioned like this call is only for going ahead with PIP.

Nope. Cause you have up that option earlier. Resigning in PIP means PIP failed yiu will be release in 2 weeke
