Trending @Infosys; What ever rating given to employee will update by manager on nov 4 or they will give rating when it release at dec end

Manager needs to recommend a rating by 4th Nov. The feedback will be passed to reviewer to change the rating if he/she believes the candidate deserves better or worse. After reviewer has finished reviewing, the rating will be released to candidate to confirm

Means if they have given NI rating then I have 2 month time?

Till third week of Dec ending

I think managers are supposed to give but we will find out later ,my guess not sure
