Trending @Infosys; What are the 'Benefits' 'Outstanding' annual rating in Infosys?
I know very few people get this rating across the company. Anyone who has the knowledge, please shed some light on the benefits of getting an outstanding rating.
From last 3 year I'm getting outstanding rating , only benifit I saw is performance bonus is coming 100% nd more sometime. Which is part of our salary only. Other than that 🔔🔔🔔 fark ni parta
My performance bonus is 40k per month, and I was getting an average 75-80% in a year with commendable. Anyways not to forget 30% tax will also be getting deducted from rest of 20% if i get it going forward :D
Yes you are in August company of top 5% of the resources in Infosys. To be honest most managers use it as a rotating crown among their good resources. Truly outstanding will be less than 1%. Benefits - you will highest variable pay. Which would be around 20% more than average variable pay. You will get highest hikes which be around 5-10% more than average hikes. If you get 2-3 continuous outstanding that’s means you are truly outstanding and can get quicker promotions by demanding for it
I am getting outstanding rating from 3 cycles. Only thing u will get a better hike only slightly better and full PB payout. Maybe u can make to platinum club if your DQ is also high which will give u access to some extra courses which are of no use. Apart from this u will get MORE WORK.
