Whenever I ask management for salary raise, they only give option for onsite which I am not willing for. What are the available option to raise salary with in Infosys ?

1st get the good offer & put resignation then they will come to you with retention hike.

Make your self critical in your project !!! Losing you should impact the client relationship. Then only uou will heard. Or be an active part of your units RFP team which gets new projects.
