Trending @Infosys; What are different Job levels at Infosys

I'm a sub con and have overall 7 years of experience and 2 years additional as sub con at Infosys my conversion needs to happens however I'm sceptical about the jl they will give me can they put me in jl4?

What about experience I hold? How to go about negotiating the jl? How to negotiate my salary? Can they reduce my current in hand if jl is low? Given the conditions and listing of organizations and experience how to know what level will I get and how to get a decent level. I cannot be a junior at 30.
